What to Expect
I offer Personal Training, both in-person and online.
Personal Training sessions with me are always 60 minutes long and include pre/post workout mobility,
corrective exercise, assisted stretching and 100% of my attention, at all times.
You may book a la carte sessions with me at any time, OR you may
start a Personal Training Program which includes your sessions PLUS the app, a customized program,
messaging access with your coach and all the tools you need- to get to your goals.

I offer an introductory rate of $49 for new client consultations (in-person or online)
This gives us a chance to meet face to face, talk about your needs and see how I can help!!
Furthermore, if you decide to come onboard, your $49 from the consultation is applied to the program you choose.
